This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of the nh815 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of the services provided.

Acceptance of Terms of Use

All content on the nh815 platform — including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of nh815 and is protected by applicable copyright laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or repurpose any such elements without explicit written consent from nh815.

Payments, Transactions & Currency

Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR

All financial transactions on the nh815 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted payment methods include DuitNow, GrabPay, and online banking via approved local Malaysian banks.

Successful deposits will be credited to the user's account within the timeframe specified for the chosen payment method. Withdrawals will be processed once identity verification is complete and the minimum withdrawal threshold has been met. nh815 reserves the right to require additional processing time for cases that require further review.

Transaction Terms

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered under the account holder's own name. Third-party payments are not accepted.
Nh815 is not responsible for transaction delays caused by banks or third-party payment processors.
Any attempt to commit financial fraud, including unauthorised chargebacks, will result in immediate account termination and appropriate legal action.
For withdrawals, users are responsible for ensuring that the bank account details provided are accurate. nh815 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from incorrect information submitted by the user.

Liability Limits & Account Termination Policy

Limitation of Liability

The nh815 platform is provided on an "as is" basis, with no guarantee that the service will always be free from technical disruptions or errors. nh815 shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from:

Service disruptions due to system maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond nh815's control.
Betting or game outcomes that are not in the user's favour under any circumstances.
Losses arising from a user's failure to comply with the stipulated terms and conditions.

Account Termination & Suspension

Nh815 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account at any time, with or without prior notice, if the user is found to have violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions. This includes but is not limited to:

Failed identity verification or falsification of documents.
Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or the use of multiple accounts.
Behaviour that is harmful or threatening to other users or platform staff.

Governing Law & Changes to Terms
